What Theory11 Thinks about Beginner Magicians

On the Theory11 Website it tells you many basic things that can help you as a beginner magician. Below are some things that they tell you to try to help you if you are a beginner magician:

So, where do I start?

  1. Stay away from bogus sites. Anything offering "free magic tricks exposed" or "magic tricks revealed" is likely to be garbage. Aside from that, it is seen as being highly unethical in the magic community. Did I mention the tricks on these sites are complete garbage?

  2. Decide which type of magic you want to perform. Do you like card tricks? Coin tricks? Full House on Nick At Night? It's important to establish which type of effects you'd like to perform, so you can better gain an understanding as to which product is right for you.

  3. Check out our Magic Tricks section. Visit the detail pages. Watch the preview videos. YOU decide what you like.

  4. Maybe you want to start off with something smaller? Test the waters, if you will. Our 1-ON-1 section may be just what you're looking for. Here you'll learn sleight-of-hand card moves and magic tricks that you can perform at a moment's notice. Short, simple, and sweet.
